Thanks to the compulsory notification of all cases of active tuberculosis, the VRGT (Flemish Association for Respiratory Health Care and Tuberculosis Control) and the FARES (Fonds des Affections Respiratoires) are able to register the Tuberculosis Register Belgium every year.
