Organic farming and nutrition: Teaching package
This teaching package about organic farming and nutrition consists of two modules.
Introductory module
The curriculum starts with an introductory module on the general principles of organic food. The students become acquainted with the possible motives for choosing the biological method. In addition, the learning resource contains a quiz to check their knowledge and ideas about the concept of organic food production corresponds to reality. The students learn where they can get support as a processor of organic products.
Subject-specific modules
The subject-specific modules have been prepared for students of the third stage butchery or third stage bakery. A separate learning path has been developed for each subject area. With the help of the necessary tools, the future butchers and bakers learn the biological principles of food processing.
