Playing against bullying

Preventing bullying at school does not have to be a boring affair in which students are simply given an explanation of why bullying is bad. If you approach it in a fun and interactive way, you will get everyone involved in your story.

De Aanstokerij offers various games and accompaniments that you can use for this. These games also immediately create a good group atmosphere.

The following games are offered:

  • Pest'Oog : A game to teach students in primary education to deal with differences, accept differences and see diversity as a positive factor. For children from 6 to 10 years.
  • Butterfly Battle : A classroom game in which students can talk in a safe environment about situations that involve violence from far or near (verbal violence, steaming, physical violence, psychological violence, bullying, vandalism, etc.). For children and students up to 14 years old.
  • The Virtue Game : A card game that motivates players and makes them aware of the building blocks of their character. In this way, positive qualities are stimulated and they learn to deal with their temperament.
  • Kikkerbecool : A board game where students can give their opinion about social situations, good manners, standing up for yourself and others and dealing with bullying... This way they gain insight into themselves and each other.
  • GROK : eighteen card decks to communicate about feelings and needs in a connecting and non-violent way. Based on the communication process of the American psychologist Rosenberg. Suitable for all ages.

Playing around cyberbullying:

  • Cyber-Scan : A playful online toolkit to shape your school's anti-cyberbullying policy. You can involve teachers, students and parents. Also available for free via Mediawijs.
  • Enter Escape : Exciting escape game that gives players the necessary skills to deal with internet risks such as cyberbullying. For players aged 10 to 13 years.
  • VlinderNET : A playful approach to talk about cyberbullying, its causes, the feelings and needs involved and how to use the internet safely. Also available as accompaniment. For young people aged 10 to 14 years.
