Leading a learning school: Book presentation

In this video, author Ingrid Verheggen presents the book Leading a learning school .

It is tempting to offer ready-made solutions to teachers who come up with questions and problems. But they are helped more by not giving answers and, on the contrary, asking even more questions. In the end, they will then answer their original question themselves. There will probably also be a better solution that will also be implemented sooner, because the teacher came up with it himself. Asking questions supports learning processes.

The authors work with an analysis framework that is helpful in asking questions and not immediately springing into action, but first to take a good look at what is really going on.
